This location has the WORST customer service ever. Leave you standing at the counter forever (even with an appointment). Caused me to be 20 mins late to work today bc I had an appointment for 7:30am and the worker this morning decided hiding behind the wall and playing on his phone was more important than my time as a paying customer with an appointment. I wasn't even the only person in line either. Clicked the click here for help from an associate 4 times, called the store, nothing. Then when I asked "were you seriously just sitting back there" no sorry about that, I was doing something else or anything, just "why" and I said because I have an appointment 10 minutes ago and have been calling for help. No sorry no nothing. This place is garbage im sorry but there is no way in the world I would ever bring my car back here or reccomend that anyone else does.

Made 2 reservations online for oil change and the system immediately cancelled my appointments. Walk in right now and asked, the employee said he can't do any oil change today. Disappointed. Please fix your system so customer don't suffer.

The guys took my car in as a walk-in for an emergency tire change, and were very accommodating to ensure I'd return to my home state as planned. Alexander and the other guys (did not catch their names) were very helpful, able to squeeze us in last minute, and were finished within 30 minutes. Their efficiency and accommodation were much appreciated, and I highly recommend their services!

Put the wrong oil in my car and proceeded to lie that it matched specifications. Currently ensuing a claim and repayment. 4+ hours of time lost. UPDATE: Received my funds back after filing a dispute with proof! Manager never called. BUYER BEWARE!! GO TO TAKE 5

I had a great experience. The service was convenient and efficient, allowing me to shop while my vehicle was being serviced. The team communicated clearly regarding recommended replacements, including my wipers and engine filter. My vehicle was completed before I finished shopping, which exceeded my expectations. Excellent customer service and execution.
